A single glass of red wine and a single square piece of dark chocolate, NOT the entire box or full bottle of wine. However, before you start restricting yourself or even resort to logical extremes by counting every calorie, fat, gram, etc.: take a look at what the experts have to say about “The 5…

The Golden Globes Awards were Hollywood’s chance to party while celebrating the best in both movies and television. Scented nail polish is nothing new – an understatement, considering women as far back as the 17th century employed heady roses and other flowers to create luxurious varnishes. Today, brands like Revlon and Rimmel have both capitalized on the revived trend, offering up whopping selections of brazen colors fragranced with fresh, fruity notes.  It was only a matter of time before a beloved high-end brand brought its own magic to the mix. The new Dior Vernis Garden Party nail polishes ($23 each) are enjoying plenty of hype right now. Available in two spring-fresh shades guaranteed to put anyone in a sort of warm weather-crazed state of mind, the Garden Party range includes Waterlily (a soft h…

Skin and it’s ability to regenerate will always fascinate me. When we are young, skin regenerates its surface area every two to three weeks on the epidermal layer, meaning it replaces the old skin cells with the new!
